Call For Teaching Artists (open until filled)
We are looking local teaching artists with engaging, dynamic ideas grounded in the broader Latino diaspora for our upcoming season of adult classes in art, dance, music, digital media, spoken word, and more. Working with MACLA offers teachers the opportunity to create courses that are beyond typical offerings in the San José area. Successful past classes provide students with new perspectives on art engagement, provide a forum for dialogue and social activism, use a variety of different media, and reflect a Pan-Latino perspective. All artists are paid for their work at MACLA from tuition fees.
